A CAN-SAT is simply a satellite built into a beverage can. It is usually equipped with a camera and real-time
telemetry payload that can be hooked up to a tethered set of toy balloons and suspended 100-150 feet in the air.

    Our aim is to transform the nation into a developed country, by providing a realistic educational approach and create an innovative & creative minds for the growth of nation and realize the vision of developed nation.The main aim of this workshop is to teach students about satellite designing followed by different subsystems used in satellite. We designed the whole program so that students can start from basics to the high end development of satellite.

    CAN-SAT BUILD & LAUNCH


    A CAN-SAT is simply a satellite built into a beverage can. It is usually equipped with a camera and real-time telemetry payload that can be hooked up to a tethered set of toy balloons and suspended 100-150 feet in the air. Students will learn the basics of imaging, telecommunications, and data processing technologies as they build their own Can-Sat platforms and conclude the workshop with a competition where their skills are put to use in learning outcomes linked with GIS imaging and ground mapping including reference target identification.

    In this course, a CAN-SAT is designed, built and tested in the field during a rocket launch. Therefore, all basics of topics related to area of space technologies is imparted and practical skills for the development of a CAN-SAT are trained. The theoretical units are supplemented by practical exercises.
